The location was excellent. It was convenient to walk to almost anything. The hotel is just outside the more touristy areas so it was quiet. The staff was super friendly. They left a sweet note and treat in the room.

the location was excellent for visiting museums. the staff were very helpful and always smiling. the breakfast was tasty with many selections and a very good way to start the day (i really liked the fresh fruit).
the bathroom door did not completely close. this felt a bit awkward.

the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of items, from fresh fruit to pastries. i noticed a staff member making sure every item was well stocked and fresh. coffee and juice were readily available.

prime locationfriendly staffsmall room
i stayed for several nights and loved its superb location close to retiro park and the prado museum! the staff was super helpful and friendly, i received excellent service from nico, cris, and inaki, their attitude was infectious. the breakfast staff, virginia and laura, were accommodating, this added positively to my experience.
the hotel room felt pretty small with just one window facing a patio, at 5 am i heard noisy trolleys moving around. the price of 350 euros per night felt steep given these issues, some improvements here could make all the difference.

The reception staff stored my luggage safely after checkout, i visited sevilla. Every staff member showed a great attitude when i needed help, it created a very cute atmosphere. Breakfast service from virginia and laura were fantastic.

the breakfast selection was comprehensive, i noticed fresh and healthy options. A wide selection of food and drink was available daily, breakfast staff were very nice. The staff replaced the food very quickly, it was managed very well.

the hotel is quiet and well maintained, which suited me perfectly. the lobby and sitting areas feature interior design and it looks good. The hotel gives off a luxurious boutique feel, very charming for everyone

The room lacked a coffee machine. I found only sachets of instant coffee and herbal tea. these were not replenished during my four-night stay. hot water was intermittent, some cold showers.

The hotel's location near the Prado Museum was definitely convenient. It made our sightseeing plans easier.
I noticed the room size felt significantly smaller than expected. The absence of a coffee machine was also disappointing, especially given it was listed as an amenity. I had to go out each morning for a simple cup of coffee. The experience left me feeling slightly let down.
